We provide support to people in their own home, completing tasks such as personal care support, help with medication, sitting service to provide respite for full time carers and other bespoke packages are available.
Our care staff are all fully trained, exceeding the minimum standards required by the CQC and Essex County Council. All staff have to complete an enhanced DBS check.
We all lead very busy lives and popping in to see Mum or Dad on a daily basis may be difficult – this is where we come in. We work in a Person Centred way, which recognises individual needs and promotes independence. We recognise the importance of ensuring our clients feel valued and all tasks are completed respecting the privacy and dignity of the individual.
