St Georges have provided care for our Father for the last three years. At first it was an hour a day but as his Alzheimers got worse they provided full time care so as to delay his going into a home for as long as possible.
Due to his condition we wanted consistency and reliability so St. Georges went out of their way to make sure he was cared for by the same staff who were familiar with his routine. Not only could we not recommend the carers enough but the office staff are equally as helpful and genuinely take an interest in those they provide carers for. Whilst Alzheimers is a very stressful situation to deal with having St Georges there certainly made things very much easier.
We cannot recommend St Georges highly enough and know from personal experience that no matter what level of care you require they will provide it.

I would like to thank everyone for the kind and helpful way you dealt with me in hours of panic and desperation. The lady at the end of the phone pulled out all he stops to help me and I am very grateful.
My husband has been a client of this agency for 8 years and throughout this time he has been very fortunate to have excellent carers, all who have been reliable, kind and professional. They have always turned up on time and nothing has ever been too much trouble for any of them. I have always trusted them fully and their reliability was essential, when I had to leave before they arrived to get to work. I fully recommend the agency.

In the years that St Georges has been supplying my mother with carers, I am very pleased to be able to see how well the agency has served us. The carers who come to look after my mother have all been pleasant, capable people, and have adapted to her needs and wishes. It has been a great help to me to know that there is somebody responsible and thoughtful, and above all kind to be with my mother at night, and also to provide daytime care by way of lunch. It has been good for her to have a group of carers for some variety of company.
I have always found the office staff at St Georges to be extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with and I have always been treated in a courteous, efficient and sympathetic manner. I have appreciated the agency’s efforts to provide continuity and reliability of service.
