Home care encompasses a variety of different forms of care and the number of names for it can be confusing; residential care, domiciliary care, live-in care, homecare and community care being some of the variations.
At St. Georges Care Agency our completely personalised care service means that whatever aspect of home care you require, we will have someone who can help.
We are strong believers in continuity of care and as such match specific carers to individuals needs.
We have a strong working relationship with both carers and individuals alike and can keep fully updated with any changing care needs.
All our care assistants are trained by our in house qualified trainer. All staff must achieve The Care Certificate as recognised by The Skills for Care Council with extra emphasis on Medication Administration and Dementia Care. Our staff will also be supported to continue their training to achieve Diplomas in Health & Social Care should they choose to do so. They also will have undertaken a DBS Disclosure (police check) with us, be fully referenced and inducted through the Skills for Care programme.
We also have a 24 hour mobile phone in operation should you wish to contact a member of staff outside of office hours.

To establish how much care that you require, we will visit you in the comfort of your own home and carry out a free full assessment of your needs. We will then devise a detailed personalised care plan and find you a suitable carer.
