We have just completed our 3rd day of training, just one more day to go. We concentrated highly on staff awareness of the symptoms of dementia and how our approach can make a difference to their lives. We focus on person centred care to provide care of the highest standard to meet their individual needs.
An interesting discussion and active learning to complete our day. One more day to go, and we will have new care staff to add to our team.
